JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR C&B Officer is responsible for managing payroll, personal income tax, social insurance, and employee benefits to ensure accuracy, compliance with labor laws, and effective support for employees in compensation and benefits matters.
1. Payroll & Compensation Management
Maintain, update, and manage employee payroll records and salary files accurately.
Process salary-related documents such as salary adjustments, promotions, disciplinary actions, and other payroll-related changes.
Monitor attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave, and working hours to ensure accurate payroll calculation and compliance with company policies.
Manage annual leave, compensatory leave, overtime, and other leave entitlements.
Update and implement changes in labor laws and regulations related to wages, allowances, and compensation policies to ensure company compliance.
Handle employee inquiries regarding salary, allowances, and compensation policies professionally and timely.
2. Personal Income Tax (PIT) Management
Prepare the list of employees subject to Personal Income Tax (PIT) and manage PIT withholding in payroll.
Apply correct PIT calculation formulas to ensure accurate tax deductions.
Support employees in PIT registration (tax code registration) and related documentation.
Prepare, manage, and issue PIT withholding certificates and related tax documents.
Consolidate and manage monthly PIT data and reports.
Prepare and support annual PIT finalization/settlement in accordance with tax regulations.
Provide consultation and guidance to employees on PIT-related matters.
3. Social Insurance, Health Insurance & Trade Union
Update and maintain employee data for Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI).
Process insurance operations including employee increase/decrease, information adjustment, and settlement of insurance benefits (sickness, maternity, work injury, unemployment, retirement, etc.).
Ensure employee benefits are implemented in accordance with company policies, labor laws, and trade union regulations (if applicable).
Advise and support employees on insurance policies, benefits, and company welfare programs.
Monitor and report insurance participation and employee movement to HR Manager/Direct Supervisor.
