Job Description
- Participate in developing and monitoring headcount plans and workforce planning for assigned business units.
- Organize and monitor performance evaluation processes; analyze performance data, recommend solutions to improve productivity, and recognize high-performing employees.
- Gather insights into employees’ concerns, aspirations, career orientations, expectations, and potential turnover risks, and provide recommendations to management to maintain workforce stability.
- Identify and resolve people-related issues, including conflicts, disagreements, employee concerns, requests, and inquiries.
- Identify and recommend successors and high-potential employees, and monitor their development and career progression.
- Recommend decisions regarding delegation of authority, appointment, dismissal, transfer, and rotation of management personnel.
- Develop HRBP processes, policies, templates, guidelines, and professional practices.
- Consolidate and analyze HR-related issues across assigned Business Units and Support Functions, and collaborate with Business Unit Directors to implement appropriate
Requirements
- Personal qualities: Intelligent, logical, and analytical.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. Graduates from Foreign Trade University (FTU), National Economics University (NEU), Hanoi Law University, RMIT University, or overseas universities are preferred.
- Strong communication, research, analytical, and information synthesis skills.
- Fluent English proficiency.
