Role Overview
The role focuses on supporting the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and application screening to interview coordination and onboarding. You will gain practical experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and HR administration while developing an understanding of people management and team development.
Key Responsibilities
You will assist with posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through various platforms, and identifying potential talent for available positions. You will review applications, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate interview schedules. You will also communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, provide updates where necessary, and support a positive candidate experience. In addition, you will assist with onboarding activities, training arrangements, and team engagement initiatives, while maintaining recruitment records, updating HR documents, and tracking hiring progress.
