Job description for Human Resource Admin at Pt. Global Mobility Service Indonesia
Place : Bekasi (Kranggan)
Qualifications:
1. Male of Female max age 27yo
2. Candidate at least Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably in Law, Management, Business Administration
3. Fluent in English both oral and written.
4. Oriented by helping and providing services.
5. Have good initiatives, leadership, and communication.
6. Have good cooperation & collaboration.
Job Details:
1. Handle Recruitment Administration (Publish and Remove job Ads, Interview, Schedule the interview and offering schedule until On Boarding)
2. Handle for employee administrations such as contract update, personal documentation, Leave Updates, Company Benefit, Attendance report, BPJS Supporting documents, and Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding payment documents, etc
3. Helping HR’s Project Planning and Event for Employee Engagement
4. Respond to employees questions about HR
5. Organize regarding the Admin team’s weekly meeting and Monthly Meeting
6. Supervise General Affairs work (office operational needs and company inventory)
7. Other duties that may be required by time to time
