We’re looking for a tech-savvy HRIS Application Support to bridge the gap between our HR processes and system technology. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys helping people navigate complex systems and ensuring data integrity, we want to hear from you!
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related queries; manage helpdesk tickets and resolve issues across various modules (Attendance, Payroll, Onboarding, etc.).
- Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose technical glitches or functional errors and provide rapid, effective resolutions to minimize downtime.
- User Empowerment: Conduct training sessions and provide hands-on guidance for new users to ensure a smooth system adoption.
- Documentation: Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, including user manuals, FAQs, and training materials.
- Data Maintenance: Ensure all support activities and resolutions are well-documented for future system audits and improvements.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- HRIS Expertise: Deep understanding of HRIS modules such as Payroll, Attendance, Performance Management, and Talent Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in HRIS
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data processing and reporting; basic knowledge of database management and data structures.
- Problem-Solving Maven: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose both technical bugs and functional feature issues.
- Communication Ace: Ability to translate complex technical jargon into simple, easy-to-understand language for non-technical users.
- Customer-Oriented: A proactive mindset focused on user satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
- Analytical Thinking: A logical approach to diagnosing issues and optimizing system workflows.
