Job description for HRGA Manager at Kavana Interiors

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, develop and implement HR strategy in line with company’s overall strategy and business plan
  2. Communicate and collaborate with HR staff to improve HR Division
  3. Have ability in Job Analysis, Workload Analysis, Work Competence, performance management, compensation & benefits, and Training Management
  4. Have ability in setting up Employee Performance and Key Performance Indicator
  5. Selection policies and practice, discipline, counseling, and HR motivation
  6. Develop and implement employee performance evaluation plan
  7. Provide hands-on support to all Business Unit leaders on Human Resources Aspects
  8. Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to strengthen employee relationship with company
  9. Suggest New HR Strategies
  10. Responsible in terms of payroll, recruitment, employee data, job descriptions, employee benefits, and all HRGA Activities
  11. Implement a comprehensive training in accordance with the purposes of the company
  12. Ensuring administrative system run in accordance with the procedure
  13. Maintain good relations with unions and employees
  14. Ascertain patterns of performance appraisal run in accordance with the provisions of Management
  15. Ensuring working conditions clean and comfortable room
  16. Ensuring all of company assets in the good recorded
  17. Understanding ISO 27001:2013

Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
  2. At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  4. Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
  5. Must be familiar with local labor law plus other relevant/legal regulations and the current HR practices and policies
  6. Must be both task & people oriented
  7. Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to do the jobs.
  8. Ability to work with team and has good initiative.
  9. Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
  10. High level of confidentiality and ethics required
  11. Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees
  12. Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
  13. Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
  14. Good communication skills with fluent spoken and written Bahasa & English
