Plan, develop and implement HR strategy in line with company’s overall strategy and business plan
Communicate and collaborate with HR staff to improve HR Division
Have ability in Job Analysis, Workload Analysis, Work Competence, performance management, compensation & benefits, and Training Management
Have ability in setting up Employee Performance and Key Performance Indicator
Selection policies and practice, discipline, counseling, and HR motivation
Develop and implement employee performance evaluation plan
Provide hands-on support to all Business Unit leaders on Human Resources Aspects
Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to strengthen employee relationship with company
Suggest New HR Strategies
Responsible in terms of payroll, recruitment, employee data, job descriptions, employee benefits, and all HRGA Activities
Implement a comprehensive training in accordance with the purposes of the company
Ensuring administrative system run in accordance with the procedure
Maintain good relations with unions and employees
Ascertain patterns of performance appraisal run in accordance with the provisions of Management
Ensuring working conditions clean and comfortable room
Ensuring all of company assets in the good recorded
Understanding ISO 27001:2013
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
Must be familiar with local labor law plus other relevant/legal regulations and the current HR practices and policies
Must be both task & people oriented
Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to do the jobs.
Ability to work with team and has good initiative.
Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
High level of confidentiality and ethics required
Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees

Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
Good communication skills with fluent spoken and written Bahasa & English
