Job description for HRGA Associate at Partipost Indonesia
- In charge of monthly attendance, Payroll, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, JSHK, and Benefit of all employees and ensure that the calculations are correct
- Monitor and maintain inbound queries to HR through appropriate work intake system
- Work closely with Management and HR team to provide updates regarding HR procedures or programs
- Implement activities to promote company culture to employees
- Arrange employee quarterly assessment (OKR/KPI)
- Ensure office working system are all operating properly (laptop, internet connection, printers, etc)
- Process end to end office asset procurement
- Min. 3 years of experience in handling Compensation and Benefits or HR Operations
- Min. 3 years of experience as HR Generalist/HR Operations
- Min. Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any field (preferably in Law/Psychology)
- Must be detail oriented and very organized
- Knows how to communicate effectively
- Excellence skill in google workspace
- HRIS Experience will be advantageous
- Understand labor law and regulations
