JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Creating training programs and schedules for all employees and ensuring the company's systems and procedures are running
2. Bridging between management and employee
3. Responsible for the development of the company's human resources so that they can continue to carry out their roles
4. Planning manpower requirements in accordance with organizational developments
5. Handling career development strategies, problems related to employees and others
6. Controlling and performing corporate legal functions
7. Overcoming under performances of employees
8. Evaluating employee performance
