Job description for HRBP Staff at Polibeli
- Conduct recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
- Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
- CV / Resume must be in English
- At least 3 years of experience in HR field, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
- Understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
