Job Description
Recruitment: Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Compensation & Benefits: Submit payroll, handling BPJS Kes & BPJSTK
Performance management: creating and maintaining performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
Employee Engagement: creating and maintaining employee engagement programs
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any major, psychology graduates will be an advantage
3+ years in human resources, with focus in recruitment
Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
Adept to HR & business problem-solving and conflict resolution
Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
Have working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspaces
