Job description for HR Recruitment Supervisor at PT. Mganik Grup Mitra Indonesia
- Monitoring and manage end-to-end recruitment processes according the procedures
- Conduct technical & end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office, Operational and Business needs
- Collaborate with business leaders to define talent strategy, such as critical jobs, talents gaps and how to bridge the gaps
- Develop talent acquisition strategies, hiring plans and Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Establish strategic work plan, designing innovative idea in order to completion recruitment’s target
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Psychology or equivalent
- Minimum have 4 year(s) of work experience as Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Experienced in FMCG / Retail company
- Experienced Hiring SALES Area (National)
- Preferably supervisor or managerial specializing in Recruitment
- Competent in behavioral interview and assessment report
- Have a good knowledge of talent management and talent pool
- Proactive, independent and committed attitude towards work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willing to be placed in Cipondoh, Tangerang
