Job description for HR Ops Officer at Jago Coffee
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process (for blue-collar employees)
- Create and implement effective onboarding and offboarding plans
- Support and management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, etc) according to policy
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors
- Proven experience as HR Officer, administrator, or other HR position
- Background in the Startup industry (supply chain/logistics industry) is preferred
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc)
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
