Job description for HR Ops Manager at Jago Coffee
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Maintain pay plan and benefit programs
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Provide a full set of HR solutions, including identifying and resolving internal problems, providing career advice to employees, and helping them develop and grow within the organization
- Work alongside management in managing employee life cycle (eg. onboarding/offboarding, probation performance review, etc)
- Must possess Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related majors
- Have 4 years of experience in Human Resources or 2 years of experience as HR Lead/Manager
- Possess knowledge of effective recruitment process and platform (for blue-collar employees)
- Have a strong understanding of labor compliance laws and cultural nuances within Indonesia
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
- Organized and can document your work and key learnings
- Ability to coordinate projects across multiple roles within the company
- Background in the Startup industry (supply chain/logistic) is preferred
