1. Handle all operational HR: Recruitment, Admin HR, Industrial Relation, Payroll, Welfare, General Affair
2. Conduct hiring process and salary negotiation on certain level
3. Maintain employee records accurately and updated
4. Create and implement performance appraisal as the basis for annual salary adjustment
5. Evaluate and develop the compensation and benefit policies in order to motivate employee productivity
6. Responsible for the fulfillment of employees in accordance with man power planning
7. Collaborate with Management regarding employee mutation and promotion
8. Approve / reject overtime and time off request (such as sick leave, paid/unpaid leave, early out permission, late in permission, etc).
1. Minimum Bachelor degree from any reputable university
2. At least 3-5 years of experiences as a Human Resource Manager
3. Fast learner, innovative, and work smart
4. Able to handle high workload, multitasking, can work under pressure, hands on and possess good detail and organizational skill
5. Willing to be placed in Bintaro (WFO)
