Job description for HR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT (YOGYAKARTA BASED) at Cera Production
- Design, develop, organize, and facilitate training programs for employees.
- Develop learning curriculum and manage program delivery logistics (training calendars, facilitators, and invitation)
- Measures and evaluate the impact of available learning programs and propose improvement initiatives
- Improving the end-to-end employee journey/ life cycle starts from attraction until off boarding
- Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate all culture & engagement programs
- Preferably Has Experience as Trainer / Coach
- Bachelor’s degree from all departments (preferably from Psychology, Human Resource Management), maximum 30 years old
- Good self & team leadership
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Passionate on people development & learning initiatives, including leadership development programs
- Ability to assimilate technically complex information and express it clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training impact
- Have good presentation development and facilitation skills capability
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
