Job description for HR Intern at CREASIA GROUP
Responsibilities:
- Support collect & record data of part-time employees on the mass system;
- Support to source, screen CV for mass & non-mass recruitment;
- Support the HR team to propose ideas, create content and design templates (brochures, flyers, slides, and ads posts, etc.) on all Company official channels (Facebook/ LinkedIn/ Website);
- Support the HR team in organizing the annual internal and cultural events to contribute to the growth of the company brand;
- Other tasks required as Line Manager;
Requirement:
- Final year student or graduated in Human Resources/ Marketing/ Business Administration or relevant majors;
- Have basic knowledge about HR/ Marketing;
- Able to use basic design tools: Powerpoint, Canva, etc.;
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Strong passion about HR/ Marketing field;
- Data-driven, hard working, detail-oriented person;
