Job description for HR Intern at QH Distribution

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carry out recruitment activities for required positions.
- Post new recruitment on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TopCV, Glints, etc., to attract potential candidates.
- Contact candidates to schedule interviews and send interview invitations.
- Assist in organizing, storing, and maintaining employee records: contracts, decisions.
- Assist in giving announcements, internal communications, birth cards, ….
- Other tasks assigned.
Who We’re Looking For:
- University/College students majoring in Human resource management, Business administration or other related fields
- Use office software (Word, Excel,...)
- Good English is an advantage
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
