About Dr. Leo
Dr. Leo is a cosmetics brand focused on delivering high-quality beauty and skincare products. As part of our expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our human resources team in managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and ensuring new hires have a smooth start.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as organizing files and drafting emails.
- Support employee engagement initiatives (team-building activities, wellness programs, etc.).
- Help coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Assist in tracking probation evaluations and employee performance metrics.
- Research and suggest improvements for HR policies and practices.
- Handle other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR functions.
