Job description for HR Intern at Project Flux
- Actively involved in candidate management, onboarding and organizational structuring
- Lead recruitment and external outreach initiatives
- Promote travel-tech and startup culture
- Support Chief Person Officer in candidate pipeline build and processing
- Coordinate and prepare materials for all newly onboarded members
- Maintain/update HR records as required
- Work closely with tech and business units, exercising the utmost discretion when working with highly confidential information
- Past experience in Human Resource would be advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Bachelor degree or final year university students
- Limited slots also available for non-penultimate year university students & graduated high school student
