🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Employer Branding:
Assist in planning and creating engaging content for LinkedIn and other platforms to promote the company culture and job opportunities.
Coordinate internal events, employee highlights, and social media campaigns.
Conduct basic research on employer branding trends and best practices.
✅ Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
Good communication skills
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and design tools (Canva is a plus).
