Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:
Assist in sourcing IT candidates (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.) via job boards (LinkedIn, GitHub, Indeed), social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments for technical and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Recruitment Support:
Learn to write compelling job descriptions tailored to IT roles
Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn).
Assist in employer branding initiatives (e.g., drafting social media posts, blog content).
Help build talent pipelines for high-demand tech skills (e.g., AI, cloud computing, full-stack development).
Administrative Tasks:
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related fields.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT roles/terminologies (e.g., programming languages, Agile methodologies).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, or MS Office is a plus.
Language: Good at English.
