What YOU will be doing:
Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process for selected roles
- Crafting and posting job advertisements to attract potential talent
- Sourcing for potential talent
- Select and screen candidates via phone interviews
- Recommend potential talent for job openings
- Conceptualizing employer branding and outreach efforts
Employee Engagement
- Support company-wide HR initiatives e.g employee engagement events, employer branding initiatives
Learning & Development
- Support company learning and development initiatives and workshop logistics
Compensation & Benefits
- Perform market research and salary benchmarking projects for internal Compensation & Benefits exercise
HR Policy & Operations
- Support change management and internal communications of new policies rollout
- Provide administration support of day-to-day HR functions and duties
All about YOU!:
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
- Keen interest in HR and burning passion for people!
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Organised, analytical and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Can work efficiently and effectively despite time pressures
