Job description for HR Generalist (URGENTLY NEEDED) at Ziel Kids
REQUIREMENTS:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor Bachelor Degree in Psychology, HR Management or related field from reputable university
- At least 3 years of experiences in Human Resource General & have a good knowledge about HR process
- Experience in recruitment process, including the implementation of psychological test
- Ready to work with flexible deadline, responsible and accountable to work
- Leadership, good communication, time management, decision making & problem solving
- Initiative, open minded, self-motivated
- Ms Office (Power Point & Excel) is a must
- Preferably domiciled in North Jakarta or West Jakarta
- Able to join as soon as possible
JOBDESC:
- End to end recruitment (vacancy advertisement, screening, psychotest, scoring & analysis, interview, on boarding)
- On boarding process (employment agreement, personal documents, e-mail account, laptop, finger print, etc)
- Maintain employee database, attendance, annual leaves, any other documents (new hiring and existing)
- Familiar with compensation & benefit, payroll, HRIS
- One on one coaching
- Training & event
- General affair, procurement/inventory control of office stationaries, operational needs, etc
- Keeping with attention to detail and accuracy
- Perform a good planning, organizing skills and structured
Placement : Muara Karang, North Jakarta
WFO with working days : M-f (9-5)
