Job description for HR Generalist (Bangkok based) at CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN THỰC PHẨM HỮU NGHỊ

Responsibilities:

Office Space Management:

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office space, including facilities, equipment, and supplies.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Staff Accommodation and Relocation

Manage staff accommodation arrangements, including housing, utilities, and transportation.

Manage the relocation processes for new hires and transfers, ensuring a smooth transition and ensuring the company compliance.

Master Operations Database:

Maintain and update the master operations database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Develop and implement procedures for data management and security.

Internal Communication:

Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.

Manage internal communication channels and distribute company newsletters, announcements, and other communications.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality of services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations role.

English proficiency is a must.

Proven experience managing and leading teams.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with database management.

Experience with event planning.

Strong stakeholder coordinators.

Project management experience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the technology company operations is a plus.

Project management qualification.
