Job description for HR GA Staf at PT. Balai Lelang Caready
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from Law, Psychology, or Management
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent English skills
- Understand recent updates of Indonesia’s labor law and its application
- Good Communication skill, Interview and psychological test
- Willing to place at Bekasi (Naroggong)
- Responsible to the Human Resource Department
- Responsible to collect and calculate payroll, BPJS and the other allowances
- Responsible to maintain and monthly updating employee database
- Responsible to maintain and updating employment contract
- Responsible for support employment administration activities (promotion, warning letter, employee termination, manpower request, training attendance, etc.)
- Managing contracts and dealing with other HR matters
- Ensure personnel administration activities implementation and documentation is accurately and timely recorded
- Help in our recruiting from finding candidates to conducting interviews
- Setting up candidate and recruiting management system
- Takes lead in the recruitment process (selecting, interviewing, assessing, & job offering)
- Executes processes and methodologies in the recruitment, selection and onboarding of the best talents
- Executes programs and strategies to retain the best talents
- Keeps custody of employee records and other confidential employment data
- Oversees employer-employee relations and registration and/or amendment of Company Handbook with the Manpower Department
- Maintains cordial relations with the Manpower Department, Local Government, Tax Office, BPJS (Social Security) and other government regulatory offices
- Handles employer-employee grievance processes in compliance with Manpower Department’s regulations in coordination with Management
- Oversees maintenance of building/office, company vehicles, office equipment utilities, and other company assets
- Performs other functions as maybe assigned from time to time by Management
