Job description for HR Executive at CR Consultancy Pte Ltd
This position is open to candidates at different experience levels.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for HR Admin positions. Candidates with lower experience may be considered for HR Admin roles with a salary range of IDR 4,000,000 – 5,000,000 per month.
Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee relations
Perform administrative duties such as document management, record-keeping, and data entry
Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to address HR-related queries
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Support training, performance management, and HR reporting
For Senior Level:
Handle end-to-end HR operations independently
Review HR documentation and work prepared by junior staff
Provide guidance and ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
Support process improvements and HR initiatives
General Requirements:
Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English
Able to work independently and be disciplined in a remote environment
Must own a working computer and must have decent Internet speed (speed test of minimum 20mbps) for work purposes
Willing to learn Singapore employment regulations
Junior HR:
1–2 years of relevant HR experience preferred
Experience in HR, payroll processing, or employment law is a plus
Senior HR:
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
Able to handle HR functions independently
Experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance
