Job description for HR Executive Training & Development at Just Yoga Fit
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify organizational skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and manage training programs that enhance employee skills and support business objectives.
- Able to translate well English to Indonesian and vice versa during meetings and trainings.
- Collaborate with department heads to tailor training initiatives suited to specific team requirements.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions, including logistics, materials, and facilitator arrangements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of learning by promoting development opportunities and encouraging employee participation in training programs.
- Assist in career development and succession planning efforts for high-potential employees.
- Manage training budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing return on investment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualification:
- Proficient in English (Written and Speaking)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in HR with a focus on training and development. (master’s degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of learning methodologies and training delivery methods.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop effective educational programs.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs.
