Job Responsibilities
Report to founders. See it broken? Fix it.
Recruitment (70%)
- Hunt raw talent, spot potential beyond the CV
- Source candidates on LinkedIn, Facebook, IT communities
- Screen, interview, read between the lines
- Post jobs, schedule interviews, track pipeline
- Challenge and improve the hiring process
Admin & Comms (30%)
- Write internal updates (policies, onboarding)
- Keep Slack/Zalo/Email running smoothly
- Handle contracts, insurance, employee files
- Track renewals, compliance stuff
- Support payroll
- Manage HR budget and cost tracking
- Buy office supplies when needed
Requirements
- 1-3 years in HR/recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Know how recruitment actually works
- Can use Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint
- English: can read JDs and email candidates
- Own a laptop
