Job description for HR-Admin Officer at GTV Vietnam (Green Tech Ventures Vietnam)
Responsibilities:
1. Administration:
- Manage daily HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws
- Manage office supplies and equipment (procurement, distribution, and repairs). Control admin expenses and office budget
- Track office asset usage and coordinate with accounting for annual inventory checks.
- Organize internal events (holidays, birthdays, team-building).
2. HR
- Controlling and managing labor contracts and contract appendices.
- Perform the New Employee onboarding process.
- Monitoring labor contracts, including new contracts, renewed contracts, and contract appendices.
- Process payroll process, including checking and verifying income, benefits, and deductions in collaboration with the finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide advisory support on compensation issues and answer employee queries regarding benefits.
- Maintain and develop adequate HR- Admin policies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Other duties assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in the position of Administration - Human Resources
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including managing competing and/or changing priorities and delivering to deadlines.
- Honest and meticulous in work.
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
- A proactive approach to work and willingness to undertake tasks outside of the core remit
- Ability to communicate efficiently in English.
