Job description for HR- ADMIN EXECUTIVE at Công Ty TNHH The Lab
- Be the contact point for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries
- Build office policies
- Laise and build relationship with maintenance vendors to maintain the office
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Take care work permit, visa for employees
- Manage travel/ accommodation for business trip
- Manage office and store lease contract
- Coordinate to prepare for Food hygience and Safety Certificate
- Being one of our “HR Ambassador” and playing an important role to improve the engagement, happiness, and productivity of our workplace
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Department.
- Plan and co-organize internal events & programs such as Christmas, Year End, Birthday, etc.
- Coordinate with team for onboarding/offboarding process
- Coordinate with team for other team event
- Support in other areas of HR such as recruitment, training, compensation & benefit with growing mindset Requirements
- Good at communication skills
- Fresh graduate with quick learning, open mindset, proactive will be accepted. Otherwise, 1 year of working experiences in the main scopes
- Great communication in English
- Willing to learn and develop in HR Industry
- Personalities: high-motivated, eager & enthusiastic, outgoing, speaker in the events
