Job Description:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room amenities.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and use cleaning chemicals properly.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and housekeeping SOPs.
- Provide professional service and respond to guest requests when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and housekeeping equipment.
- Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
