Job description for housekeeping daily worker at Mesari Hotel Ubud
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
Make beds, change linens, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms and public areas (lobby, corridors, etc.).
Report any damages, maintenance issues, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
Handle guest requests promptly and with a friendly attitude.
Manage cleaning supplies and chemicals safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (Vocational School in Hospitality/Tourism is a plus).
Proven experience as a Housekeeper or Room Attendant is preferred.
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
Prioritization and time management skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Basic English communication skills (for interacting with guests).
