JOB OVERVIEW
Trade Intelligence Global is looking for a results-driven Digital Ads Specialist with strong optimization skills and solid hands-on experience in multi-platform advertising. If you are passionate about building high-performing campaigns, continuously improving conversion performance, and creating direct business impact through performance marketing, this opportunity is for you!
1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform advertising campaigns, primarily on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve conversion rate, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Develop audience targeting, remarketing, and funnel strategies aligned with specific business objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing for content, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures to enhance advertising effectiveness.
- Analyze advertising data and user behavior through tools such as GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and other related tracking platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Content, Design, and Website teams to implement integrated campaigns and optimize user experience.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaign performance meets KPIs and growth targets.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and stay updated on the latest changes across advertising platforms.
- Propose new ideas, approaches, and optimization strategies to enhance overall digital performance.
2. REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Advertising or Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience in executing and optimizing multi-platform advertising campaigns, especially on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with or knowledge of Bing Ads/Microsoft Ads is a plus.
- Strong performance-driven mindset with a solid understanding of conversion funnels and advertising optimization metrics.
- Proficient in analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions based on campaign performance.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and highly results-driven.
- Possess a hands-on mindset, a continuous optimization approach, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
