Job description for HK Supervisor (Mobile) at PT BSR INDONESIA

Kualifikasi:

- Pendidikan min. D3/S1

- Memiliki kemampuan dan pengalaman di bidang facility services atau SPV area min. 1 tahun terutama di perusahaan bidang Jasa/Outsourcing

- Memiliki sim C

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

- Menangani komplain dan permintaan klien

- Mengawasi tim operasional seperti cleaning service, teknisi, garderner

- Menjamin layanan operasional berjalan sesuai SLA (Service Level Agreement) dengan klien

- Melakukan inspeksi rutin terhadap kondisi fasilitas

- Menyusun laporan harian/mingguan/bulanan terkait operasional fasilitas

- Membantu proses rekrutmen dan pelatihan staf facility service baru

- Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait operasional housekeeping.
