Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for internal users regarding system and operational issues
- Handle troubleshooting for hardware, software, and access-related issues
- Coordinate with internal IT team and related stakeholders for issue escalation
- Monitor and follow up reported issues until resolved
- Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth system usage
- Prepare simple documentation and support reporting activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Helpdesk / IT Support / Helpdesk Officer
- Preferably from insurance, healthcare, or medical industry background
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic reporting)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle demanding users professionally
- Responsive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
