Job description for Head of SAT program at Công ty cổ phần SIMPace Việt Nam
1. Program Management & Development
- Develop and update SAT curriculum, learning pathways, and academic standards.
- Design placement tests, mid-term/final tests, and performance benchmarks.
- Ensure alignment with the latest SAT exam format and trends.
- Innovate new academic products/services to enhance student outcomes.
2. Academic Quality Assurance
- Monitor teaching quality through class observations, student feedback, and performance data.
- Set teaching standards, training materials, and best practices for SAT instructors.
- Analyze cohorts’ performance to adjust curriculum or teaching methods accordingly.
3. Teacher Training & Management
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for SAT teachers.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and teaching skill development.
- Assign teacher workload and ensure efficient class scheduling.
4. Student Progress Monitoring
- Oversee diagnostic testing, progress tracking, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate personalized learning plans for students needing academic support.
- Communicate academic progress to parents/students when needed.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize class openings, placement accuracy, and program information.
- Support marketing activities including content review, workshops, and academic seminars.
6. Quality & Compliance
- Maintain academic documentation, teaching policies, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and international SAT guidelines.
