Job description for Head of People at PT Rajawali Telekomunikasi Selular
- Plan, direct, manage and implement all human resource initiatives and strategies throughout all organizations.
- Implement best human resources practices to attract, develop and retain the best employees for achievement of the Company’s goals.
- Manage headcounts and workforce expenses within an approved budget.
- Lead the annual salary review and bonus process.
- Work closely with management to identify and address workplace behavior issues to address morale, retention, and productivity.
- Manage Performance Management Program by coordinating semi-annual performance review process to ensure completion and quality of evaluations and performance development plans.
- Bachelor degree in related field
- 5 years of experience as HR Manager.
- Up to date with current Industrial Relations regulations and job market insights.
- Positive mindset, Proactive, Self-motivated and Ready for challenges.
- Having good interpersonal and communication skills
