We are looking for a Head of Partnership to lead our partnership strategy, strengthen relationships with global platforms, unlock new commercial opportunities, and build a high-performing partnership team.

What You'll Be Responsible For

### Strategic Partnership Leadership

* Develop and execute Zafago's partnership strategy with major advertising platforms and ecosystem partners.

* Own executive relationships with Google, Meta, TikTok, Zalo, Cốc Cốc, MGID, Admicro, and other strategic partners.

* Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial policies, incentives, rebates, and growth programs.

* Identify new partnership opportunities that strengthen Zafago's competitive position.

### Business Growth

* Drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

* Collaborate with Sales and Client teams to design advertising solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

* Expand business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

* Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.

* Oversee partnership incentive programs while ensuring accurate commercial and financial execution.

### Brand & Ecosystem Development

* Represent Zafago at industry events, conferences, workshops, and strategic networking activities.

* Initiate co-marketing campaigns and joint business initiatives with advertising platforms.

* Strengthen Zafago's reputation as a trusted strategic partner within Vietnam's digital advertising ecosystem.

### Leadership

* Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Ad Partnership team.

* Establish clear performance goals, coaching plans, and operational excellence.

* Foster a culture built on ownership, collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.

## What We're Looking For

You will likely be successful if you have:

* At least 5 years of leadership experience in Digital Marketing, Media, Advertising, Platform Partnership, or Agency environments.

* Strong understanding of advertising ecosystems including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.

* Demonstrated experience building and managing strategic partnerships with technology platforms or media partners.

* Proven commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

* Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.

* Existing relationships with advertising platforms or industry partners will be considered a significant advantage.
