Job description for Head Cook at Atam kitchen

Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Mengembangkan dan menyempurnakan menu sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan

• Menyusun dan menjaga standard recipe card (rasa, gramasi, plating).

• Mengontrol kualitas makanan (rasa, tampilan, konsistensi).

• Mengelola operasional dapur harian agar efisien dan tepat waktu.

• Mengatur dan mengawasi tim kitchen (cook, helper).

• Menentukan kebutuhan bahan baku dan belanja mingguan.

• Mengontrol food cost dan meminimalkan waste.

• Memastikan standar kebersihan dan keamanan makanan (food safety).

• Melakukan training dan evaluasi performa tim kitchen.
