_Key Responsibilities_
1. HCOs Relationship Management
- Identify & evaluate HCO partners aligned with campaign objectives/overall strategy
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with HCOs (POC/POV) and medical associations
- Act as the main point of contact between the agency, clients, and HCO partners
2. HCO Partnership Strategy/Planning
- Collaborate closely with planning/strategy teams to develop HCO engagement strategies and suitable initiatives/activities
- Translate campaign objectives into actionable HCO-based initiatives aligned with the patient journey
- Recommend the most relevant HCO touchpoints and partnership models to maximize impact
- Contribute to building integrated healthcare communication plans with strong HCO involvement
3. Partnership Development
- Develop and implement HCOs partnership (and extending out to reach HCP talents) framework/model
- Coordinate and execute HCO-based activities (disease awareness campaign, patient education initiatives…)
- Ensure smooth implementation of activities within HCO environments
4. Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (account, planning, creative, social) and client to align HCO activities with campaign strategy
- Align closely with pharma clients to ensure strategic and executional alignment
- Manage communication across multiple stakeholders to ensure efficiency and consistency
5. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all activities with HCOs comply with healthcare regulations and client compliance requirements
- Support necessary documentation, approval processes, and governance frameworks related to HCO engagement
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of HCO-related activities
- Frequent field visits to provide regular updates/insights/recommendations to optimize engagement & outcomes
- Identify opportunities to optimize and scale HCO engagement

_Requirements_
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, pharma, medical partnerships environment
- Strong network or experience working with HCOs, or healthcare stakeholders
- Good understanding of healthcare ecosystem and patient journey
- Experience in both strategic planning and execution is highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance is a plus
