A day in your life might include (what you will be doing/ key responsibilities)

• Understand system logic, data flows, mapping, and specifications for target systems and data sources.
• Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and Developers on analysis and task assignment.
• Manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Research and analyze new banking products and processes, with focus on financial services.
• Develop solutions for business requirements and provide time estimates.
• Create implementation plans and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
• Deliver high-quality project results on schedule.
• Oversee development processes, maintain documentation, and make timely decisions on changes.
• Evaluate and understand financial services applications.
• Document business processes and rules clearly for effective system implementation.

What we need from you (your skill and experience/ what you’ll bring to the team)

1. Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent work experience accepted.
• 1–3 years of system analysis experience, preferably in banking or financial services.

2. Technical Skills:

• Experience with banking systems (core banking, payments, loans) and digital banking technologies.
• Strong knowledge of system design methods (UML, BPMN).
• Proficiency in data modeling, databases (SQL), and APIs.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of financial systems and regulations (PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Ability to write System Requirement Specifications for banking products.
• Experience with analysis and modeling tools.
• Understanding of customer and employee-facing applications.

3. Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills for working with stakeholders.
• Proven leadership in team building and matrix management.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving approach.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Proven project management experience.
• Effective team collaboration skills.

3. Tools Proficiency:

• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar analysis tools.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello) is a plus.
