JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; handle daily requests, attend meetings, and maintain a professional relationship to ensure long-term satisfaction..
  • Influencer Operations
  • Execute end-to-end booking for PR and Social platforms.
  • Directly scout, negotiate, and manage KOLs/KOCs to ensure deliverables match the brief.
  • Supervise content quality and posting schedules.
  • Project Execution: Own the project timeline; ensure every milestone is met on time and meets the agency’s quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Act as a Line Manager to guide and train Junior Account Executives or Interns on operational tasks.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular reports on campaign progress and performance to the Account Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Graduated University / College majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications ...
  • Experience: At least 3 years working experience in Account Executing / Planning or similar position, especially in Influencer Marketing field.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Customer consulting, negotiation, problem solving
  • Planning, project’s cash flow management
  • Leadership skills
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Having close relationships with KOLs, influencers is an advantage.
  • Having knowledge of social networking platforms.
  • Good English skills.
  • Personality:
  • Teamwork but also independent work, handling pressure
  • Agile, perceptive, meticulous, and detail-oriented
