What you will be doing:

  • Develop card products in alignment with the Bank’s overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with other departments and units to address issues arising in sales and customer development activities.
  • Implement promotional programs for card development as initiated by the Bank.
  • Manage and handle card-related debts.
  • Participate in programs and projects of the Card Center as assigned.
  • Carry out card issuance and storage processes in compliance with established regulations and procedures.
  • Receive, review, and submit for approval requests related to card opening, renewal, and credit limit adjustments for customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding card usage.

Your skill and experience:

  • 6 months of experience in customer service; candidates with experience in card operations are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and honest.
