- Campaign Management: Responsible for product and campaign awareness, user reach & engagement metrics on social media platforms (such as viewership and engagement), managing all brand’s media channels. Make sure the campaign is on time and within budget.
- IMC Planning: Propose targets, develop and implement IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) plans and campaigns, including the IMC component of product launching in alignment with key business priorities, brand & customer needs, and work with the Product team, KOLs, and Community team to deliver the results.
- Marketing Analytics: Use analytics to drive key success metrics related to the marketing and brand awareness campaign & apply learnings in next projects launching.
- Manage and cultivate a relationship with a third-party organization that is relevant for Garena's marketing and publishing effort.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience: At least 2 year experience in end-to-end IMC Marketing project management
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with a portfolio showcasing your past projects.
- Proven content production experience (key content such as commercial video, website/ microsite, CGI video, iTVC, MV...)
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, deliver under pressure and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
