What you will be doing:

We are looking for 02 dynamic and detail-oriented Intern to support the Customer Department at Timo.

Work Location: Hangout Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City

  • Promote, implement, and provide information about the benefits and features of the Timo digital application.
  • Persuade and assist customers in opening accounts through the app, issuing cards, and depositing funds into their accounts.
  • Introduce customers to Timo’s customer service standards.
  • Continuously build relationships and proactively engage/attract customers to use their accounts.
  • Carry out other assigned tasks with the goal of increasing account openings, card issuance, deposits, and account usage.

Your skill and experience:

  • Customer service/banking experience is preferred but not required.
  • Open to 3rd or 4th-year students or those with a flexible schedule.
  • Available to work 4-5 days per week (8-hour shifts).
  • Strong communication skills (clear and concise).
  • Detail-oriented, hardworking, reliable, and proactive.
