We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Intern to support the Customer Department at Timo. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Organizing and Scheduling:

  • Plan and organize internal meetings, discussions, and events as required.
  • Monitor and update schedules to ensure smooth execution of activities.

2. Internal Coordination:

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and deliver the best customer experience.
  • Effectively communicate information between departments.

3. Basic Data Management:

  • Collect, compile, and analyze basic data to support the department's campaigns and strategies.
  • Report campaign progress and outcomes.

4. Administrative Tasks: Assist in handling administrative paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

What we need from you (your skill and experience/ what you’ll bring to the team)

  • Good at organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Be able to communicate by English (both written and spoken).
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint (professional slide design) and Excel (data processing and reporting).
  • Good at presentation skills and the ability to confidently deliver ideas.
  • Familiarity with basic data tools is an advantage.
  • High sense of responsibility and openness to responding to messages/tasks outside regular working hours.
