Job description for HCM - Account Executive at The A List

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understanding the communication framework, developing media plans using KOLs as the main platform.
  • Responsible for carrying out jobs related to social booking, especially KOLs booking.
  • Ensuring execution schedule, handling customers and the corresponding suppliers contracts, taking care of cash flow for each project.
  • Reporting progress, quality of work to account manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Graduated University / College majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications ...
  • Experience: At least 1 - 3 years working experience in Account Executing or similar positions. Priority is given to candidates with experience in Influencer Marketing.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Customer consulting, negotiation, problem solving
    • Teamwork but also independent work, handling pressure
    • Planning, project’s cash flow management
    • Good presentation skills.
    • Having close relationships with KOLs, influencers is an advantage.
    • Having knowledge of social networking platforms.
  • Personality:
    • Agile, perceptive, meticulous, and detail-oriented
    • Highly driven to learn and accountable in all aspects of work
