Position: Gym Attendant
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure the gym floor is clean, organized, and all equipment is in good working condition.
- Demonstrate the proper use of gym equipment and provide basic guidance to members.
- Monitor the fitness area to ensure safety and adherence to club policies.
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Support daily operational activities to maintain excellent member satisfaction.
Requirements
- Male candidate only.
- Minimum Senior High School/Vocational School graduate (Diploma is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of gym equipment and basic fitness training.
- Able to explain the proper use of fitness machines and free weights.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken is required).
- Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
- Physically fit and able to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a gym, fitness center, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
