Roles :
Responsible for identifying a company's growth opportunities and managing its team's effort to fill in these opportunity gaps. Three main roles is as below :
· First, Define the company’s growth plan. This should include information on where the company is at currently as well as where the company is headed in the future.
· Second, responsible for coordinating and executing the growth plan laid out in the first responsibility. This means working with the marketing team as well as the product development team to make this happen.
· Finally, responsible for optimizing the revenue funnel. This is where the roles of customer growth, acquisition, retention, and upsell are going to be critical.
Qualifications
· Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field •
· Master Degree from any field (preferred)
· Minimum 5 years of experience in startup company with similar role
· Proven ability to leverage multiple data sources to develop hypotheses and execute rapid tests and learn strategies
· Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate data insights to marketing strategies
· Experience in handling performance marketing (Google & Facebook ads), CRM (email marketing, customer segmentation, retargeting, loyalty), data analytics (Google Analytics), growth initiatives (A/B testing), revenue management and/or cross-channel campaign management • Strong accountability to drive revenue and growth, and coordination across departments
· Max 40 years old
