Growth Lead (Blockchain)

Responsibilities:

- Lead BSX's global growth strategy and brand storytelling.

- Drive social media presence across X, Discord, and other platforms.

- Create engaging content and viral marketing campaigns.

- Foster community growth and partner relationships.

- Analyze and optimize growth metrics.

Requirements:

- 2+ year managing social for venture-backed crypto projects

- Strong DeFi/trading knowledge and community building experience

- Exceptional content creation skills (including memes, GIFs)

- Data-driven approach to growth strategy

- Expert in social media analytics and community management

- Proficient with Notion and Linear.

- Nice to have:

- Experience with token launches and exchange listings

- Proven track record of viral NFT/token launch campaigns

- Direct experience growing trader base at DEX/CEX

- Based in Asia/SEA (+/- 3 hours)

- Experience with DEX/CEX growth and trader acquisition.

- Track record of viral crypto marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of blockchain technology.

- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

- Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
